1 / Particular conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of ordering, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, color, product details, cost of services, etc. ) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The realization of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
2 / Order

3 / Delivery times
Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days, which includes preparation, review and shipping, although it will usually be less. If an item is not in stock at

4 / Shipping company
Deliveries will be made by different transport companies, SEUR, Correos Express, Redur ... during working hours from Monday to Friday. The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee on the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the warranty will not be valid if failure or damage occurs due to improper handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The buyer should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.
8 / Breakages and damages in transport - 24H Deadline Important
Before signing the receipt, the client must visually check the merchandise immediately upon receipt and note on the transport delivery note any anomaly, breakage, damage or blow detected in the packaging. The products are checked before shipping so if there are broken or damaged parts inside the box, even if there are no obvious marks on the boxes, they may have been caused by the handling of the carrier.
All shipments are insured but in order to make an insurance claim it is necessary that you notify us of the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours, since they will not be accepted by the transport insurance later.

PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the products that are collected in www.imaginatuluz.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the validity of the same and whatever the destination of the order.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all the products, (and where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalog of www.imaginatuluz.com.
• The products have VAT included.
• The VAT rate is 21%, except for those companies that are registered in the Registry of Intercommunity Operations.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• Return costs: Returns are associated with return and management costs. Consult the general return conditions of our after-sales service to know the rates applied to returns.

BY BANK TRANSFER
By cash or bank transfer in favor of Imaginatuluz S.L., in the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. The client's name and order number must be indicated at the time of transfer. Orders that are not paid within 7 days of order confirmation will be automatically canceled.
PAYPAL
Payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct.
